Last week was a busy one at 500 South Main St. The dry wall went up, the bar was constructed, and the hood & ventilation sysem was installed!

Empire Burger will be open late night!

Empire Burger will be serving food until 1 am. You will be able to choose from the late night menu that includes a variety of burgers, chicken, mushroom and veggie sandwiches. Handcut fries that are cooked to order, housemade kettle chips and fresh tortilla chips are also available. Whether you dine with us at 5 pm or midnight you will find high quality, fresh ingredients that are prepared daily. We grind our own all natural beef and cut our Idaho potatoes fresh evry day. We feel this makes a difference in providing our guests with a fresh, wholesome dining experience, we only want to add flavor to your life.

What is Empire Burger? The concept is simple -the desire to build a better burger! Good is what counts and good burgers are what you will get. We start out with freshly ground beef and then we cook it on a flat top grill, searing in great beef flavor. The rest is up to you, ketchup, mustard or mayo? Need a little more pizazz? Why not try one of our delicous dipping sauces. You can choose from a variety of flavours including sweet mango chutney, Mexican ketchup or roasted garlic mayo just to name a few. The menu is packed with lots of other options. How about hand cut fries, milkshakes or some tasty chile? The guys have spent hours and hours perfecting the menu and choosing ingredients.
